Exchanges & Refunds

We value our customers. We appreciate your business. Laboda Stores is committed to ensuring that you are happy with any products you purchase from us and the service we provide.

If for some reason a product does not meet the Customer’s expectations, it may be possible to return an item and receive a credit towards a future purchase of merchandise at Labodastores.com.

Likewise, if any of the items you receive are not in satisfactory condition, or if you have been shippped the wrong product(s), please contact us immediately to request an exchange or refund.

Please note the following conditions:

• All returns or exchanges, and any refunds must be approved by Management — Please call for authorization first.
• A 10% restocking fee may apply unless deemed Laboda Stores' error.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Laboda Stores is not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
• Opened boxes or packs cannot be returned.
• All returned merchandise must be in its original "mint condition" sealed packaging.
• You must include your Order Reference # with your return.
• If making a return, Laboda will not make any changes or credit your account until we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
• You must contact Laboda Stores to make arrangements for return within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Laboda Stores will charge $25 on any returned checks.
