Q: What do I do if I've lost or forgotten my password?
|
|
A: Click on the Forgot Password? link on the Login box. You will be prompted to enter your Login User Name in the field provided. We'll immediately email you a Temporary Password. Upon receiving this, Login again, this time with your Temporary Password. You may then click on Customer Profile, and enter your desired new Password, to use from then on. If you don't have email, phone us and we'll look after you. |

Q: How do I update my information?
|

A: Any Customer may update their Customer Information at any time by simply logging in to our website and clicking on Customer Profile. Any changes or additions you make are immediately updated once you click the Submit button. |

Payment Processing

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
|
|
A: Laboda accepts payment via PayPal, which accepts credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, e-Check, as well as bank transfers, debit cards, etc. We also accept payment via cheque or money order via mail (made payable to Laboda Enterprises). Payment is required before any products are sold and delivered. Confirmation of your payment will occur upon receipt of your online payment. If paying by cheque or money order, and you have email, a confirmation will be emailed to you upon reciept of your payment. |

Q: What currency do you accept?
|

A: Currently, it's Canadian currency only.
For your convenience we will display any prices as either Canadian (CDN) or American (US) depending upon your selection. However, all payments are to be made in Canadian currency. |

Q: What are your Payment Terms?

A: All of our products require immediate payment. As soon as the secure online payment process is completed, your product is prepared for subsequent shipment. |

Q: What is your return policy?
|

A: If for some reason the product does not meet the Customer’s expectations, an exchange may be done at the Customer’s expense.
Under normal circumstances, refunds will not be granted. However, it is possible to return an item in its original sealed packaging and receive a credit towards a future purchase of merchandise at Labodastores.com. |

They utilize state of the art encryption, and Industry-recognized AVS and CVV2 checks to thwart identity theft, as well as proprietary bank account verification. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential payment information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). PayPal servers check that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Q: Shipping & Handling

A: For the majority of item, all orders will be shipped within 2 days of receipt and payment processing. All of our products are handled with care from the time we receive them. We use only top grade packaging material to minimize possible damage so that you receive your order in mint condition.
Laboda is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipping. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
We utilize 2 shipping methods, Standard Ground Shipping via Canada Post and Express Shipping via Federal Express. Please refer to the shipping chart to select your preference when placing an order. |
